This is confirmation that I am a multimedia reporter, specializing in News, Investigations and Features. I create for several publications and may plan on including photos of you on one of the websites.  Though your photo is being used,with or  without your permission we will not use your name or your full name (unless given specific permission to do so.  Occasionally, it might be necessary to use the first, but no last names, addresses, and/or telephone numbers will be used without permission.  This applies to minors under the age of 16.

I will not use your images for any obscene, pornographic or illegal purposes.
